Looking for a workhorse, penny-pinching chardonnay? Here you go. Pear, citrus, and an over-zealous whiff of toasted oak attack the nose. The mouth delivers citrus, stone fruits, toasted oak chips, and cheap butter. A faint line of acidity and chubby mouthfeel frame the lot. While not a memorable wine, this bank account pleaser holds the promise of a joyful, everyday quaffer. 13.5% ABV
